Mediocre Experience. Some Issues Need Addressing

The location was central, with access to nearby attractions.
The room was dark. A window was boarded over, and a bamboo screen blocked light from the other. Restaurant noise kept me awake past midnight. This hotel does not meet five-star standards I expect.

The staff were cute. They were always attentive throughout my visit. They always went the extra mile, everything was perfect. The room was elegant, super clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, even though the location is quite central. The rooftop pool offered fine views.
It was a very slight issue, but the gym opening hours were not ideal for early workouts. The amenities, including the gym, opened at 9 AM, a bit late for my preferences. I prefer to exercise earlier in the day, so I hope they will extend the hours.

Linh, the receptionist, provided quick check-in and helpful information about local dining. The location is very convenient to tourist spots. The room was clean and well-equipped. I found the staff very helpful (the heavy rain did not dampen their spirits!).
The room could use slightly better lighting as it felt a little dark. This did not significantly impact my overall positive experience.
