Mediocre Experience. Some Issues Need Addressing
dark room boarded-over window
The location was central, with access to nearby attractions.
The room was dark. A window was boarded over, and a bamboo screen blocked light from the other. Restaurant noise kept me awake past midnight. This hotel does not meet five-star standards I expect.

the staff was nice. julie gave us good local tips and recommendations. the pool was very good. the hotel is really great, i enjoyed the experience.

A Truly Wonderful Experience!!!

The staff were cute. They were always attentive throughout my visit. They always went the extra mile, everything was perfect. The room was elegant, super clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, even though the location is quite central. The rooftop pool offered fine views.
It was a very slight issue, but the gym opening hours were not ideal for early workouts. The amenities, including the gym, opened at 9 AM, a bit late for my preferences. I prefer to exercise earlier in the day, so I hope they will extend the hours.

Superb Boutique Hotel Experience

Linh, the receptionist, provided quick check-in and helpful information about local dining. The location is very convenient to tourist spots. The room was clean and well-equipped. I found the staff very helpful (the heavy rain did not dampen their spirits!).
The room could use slightly better lighting as it felt a little dark. This did not significantly impact my overall positive experience.

The breakfast buffet offers a great mix of Western and Asian dishes. The coffee was delicious, and the variety ensured something for everyone. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection.

The rooftop bar offers excellent city views (this is a major highlight!). The pool area is well-kept with comfortable loungers. The spa services are helpful for relaxation after a busy day.

the location was convenient. the staff was very friendly. jason was helpful. the rooftop bar is worth a visit. i recommend it.
The gym was tiny. it was not big enough for four people comfortably. the gym opening hours were not ideal. all amenities open at 9 am. That's inconvenient for those who prefer an early workout.
